Council for Recovery New Counseling Center

The 24,300 SF, three-story Council building accommodates multiple support groups that annually touch 365,000 people of all socio-economic backgrounds. The project included a 300-seat, 7,000 SF auditorium, and small courtyard. Site logistic challenges included accommodating the center, auditorium, and a 73,600 SF, 175-car, 4-story parking garage on to a very small site. We also renovated 20,000 SF of existing space and connected the existing and new buildings together. To maintain morning-to-night operations throughout construction, we orchestrated traffic flow to safely move staff and clients to and from off-site parking.
