Telfair Central Hall and Recreation Center

Telfair is one of the nations top-selling master planned communities. Brookstone constructed two phases of the 2,000 acre community. The Telfair Recreation Center included a swimming pool with waterslide, splash pad, and a beach entry. Designed to recall 19th century Savannah industrial buildings, the Central Hall combines brick, stone, glass and steel detailing, and includes a fitness center, catering kitchen, and large light-filled space, making the hall a popular destination for homeowner meetings, exercise classes, and community events.
