Harris County Utility District 15 Activities / Administration Building

The Activities / Administration Building is a 4,109 SF facility located in north Houston. The building was designed with a raised slab and crawl space allowing flood waters to enter and leave. The interior spaces consist of meeting rooms, office space, kitchen area, and a large patio for events. When the building is not being used for administrative and board meeting purposes, it will be used for community events, HOA meetings, Boy/Girl Scouts, and non-profit organization gatherings.
