Administration and Service Center

The new 37,000 SF, 2-story facility houses the administrative leadership departments that serve the needs of the surrounding Harris County Precinct One community, as well as a well-equipped multi-purpose center that will accommodate the needs of the Precinct and its constituents. The project includes the redevelopment of the shared site with the existing Aquatics Center and Office Building to visually connect the existing buildings with the new Administration and Service Center into one integrated campus. The project’s sustainability goals successfully garnered a LEED platinum green building rating and a low impact development (LID) site design.
