Vice President / Chief Estimator

Jeramy Moffitt

From an early age, Jeramy took an interest in construction. Assembling erector sets, building forts in the woods, and later tagging along with his uncles to help with electrical and plumbing work, he was always headed toward a career in construction. As vice president and chief estimator, Jeramy continues to build, but now the structures and building components are put together in his head as he generates estimates and contracts that set up the project team for actual construction.

After receiving his degree in construction science from Texas A&M University, Jeramy started out working in the field, managing projects. He then transitioned into estimating where he worked his way into his current leadership role. Jeramy prides himself in anticipating and planning what projects require to be successful.

He looks for ways to constantly improve preconstruction services and interactions between the parties involved. Jeramy enjoys being involved with projects as they develop from conceptual ideas on paper to finished building structures that facilitate various functions for our community.

When Jeramy isn’t estimating projects for Brookstone, he is searching out the next adventure by traveling the United States with his wife, Terrie, and their two sons. His passions include roller coasters, hiking, snow skiing, and whitewater rafting.
