The Brookstone Internship Program is designed to give students on the job experience while pursuing an engineering or construction science degree. Successful interns will be goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed. The goal of our Internship Program is to assist students in applying what they have learned in the classroom to real-world construction projects.

Brookstone offers a limited number of internships to students in construction related majors. These internships offer competitive pay, usually last one semester and are available to students at the junior level and above.

Our interns are mentored by experienced Superintendents and Project Managers with the goal of affording exposure to many different aspects of the construction process including:

• Safety
• Scheduling
• Subcontractor Coordination
• Progress Meetings
• Submittals and Shop Drawings
• Labor Reports, Cost Reports and Projections
• Estimating

Successful interns are often offered and accept a full-time career role with Brookstone upon graduation.
