This residential campus provides a nurturing environment for children of families in crisis. Recreational activities are integral to the non-profit’s mission to raise the boys and girls, aged 5-18, to become self-sustaining and contributing adults. With their existing recreational facility showing aging signs from years of active use, campus management sought an updated facility.
While constructing this new 2-story multi-purpose building, Brookstone took extra precautions to maintain the safety of staff and children. The gymnasium, recreation/game room, music practice suite, counseling rooms and fitness center contain finishes that are utilitarian and easy to maintain. Bright colors and lighting create a cheerful environment.
